"Support handled it well"
Had a small issue with my order, probably just one of those mix-ups that happens, so I reached out to Skar Audio support. i was ready to blame the whole ordering process for being annoying, but they got back to me quick and were respectful the entire time. The person helping me actually knew what they were doing and didn’t give me the usual runaround. Professional, but still easy to talk to. Overall, it ended up being a good experience.

"Had What I Needed"
I was trying to track down a specific amp and sub combo. Not a whole setup, just those two things. Skar had both in stock, ready to order, which was a relief because a couple other sites were either sold out or showing some random backorder date. Checkout was quick. Product pages actually made it clear what was available too. Nothing flashy or overcomplicated. Just found what I needed, added it, bought it. Smooth overall.

"Sounds good, but instructions were a little lacking"
Got everything installed over the weekend. The parts fit fine, but for some reason the instructions weren’t as clear as they should’ve been. I had to look up a few things and ended up redoing some wiring. It’s not too bad if you’ve done car audio before, but I could see it being frustrating for a first timer. Sounds good now though, so I’m happy with it overall.

It came with the accessories I needed, which was nice. Nothing fancy, but it worked fine for my setup. I’ve bought similar stuff before that ended up missing little pieces, so I was glad this one had everything ready to go.

"Not a great first impression"
My order showed up with the box all banged up, and the speaker itself had a dent in it too, so right away it was a bad first impression. I sent photos over as soon as I noticed, but it still took a few days before I got an actual helpful response. They did eventually offer to help, which I appreciated, but the whole back-and-forth felt slow and kind of frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely expected the issue to be handled better.

"Still going strong so far"
I bought my sub from skaraudio.com a little over a year ago, it still seems to hit about as hard as it did on day one. It’s been through hot weather and plenty of long drives, and I haven’t really had any issues with it. Overall, I’m happy with how well it’s held up.

I was a little unsure at first, but after trying them out I’m relieved I made the switch. The vocals come through really clear, the highs sound clean without being harsh, and overall they’re just way better than my old ones

I’ll be honest, I was mostly focused on the price when I was shopping around, and Skar stood out right away. I checked a few other car audio sites for a similar setup, but these prices were tough to beat. Shipping was reasonable too, which was a nice bonus. For what I paid, I’m happy with the purchase.
